10 S. Main Street Built – 1822 One of the oldest extant buildings in Lewistown. Residence and office of several physicians including Dr. A. S. Harshbarger, founding member of the Lewistown Hospital.

Clear Concepts – The Joseph McFadden House Built – 1875 This building was owned by the McFadden Family from 1875 – 1913 and has since been occupied by prominent merchants, businessmen, and law offices.
Coleman House Circa – 1871 Former site of Red Lion Inn. First troops to answer President Abraham Lincoln’s call to arms for the Civil War were mustered here.
Community Partnerships – Dr. William S. Taylor House Built – 1908 This building was the home of the Taylor Family, Dr. Taylor’s dental office, and housed other business and professional offices for over a century.

Embassy Theatre Built – 1927 Mifflin County’s finest and most luxiurious theatre. An outstanding example of small town motion picture palace style architecture.
First Baptist Church Built – 1883 On this site since 1883. The Baptist society first organized in Lewistown in 1840.

14 S. Main Street – The Other McCoy House Built 1849 Brick residence erected by Pennsylvania. Canal grain merchant Francis McCoy as home for son Charles S. McCoy (1814-1887) and his family.
